All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. During sale events and holiday periods, processing times may be longer. 1. Change Of Mind Returns
1. Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
2. Faulty & Other Returns
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Glowrene will accept returns and provide a repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable) if:
1. The product is damaged;
2. The product is faulty; and
3. You can provide a valid online tax invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 21 days to arrange a return. You may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
All returned items are assessed by our quality control team once received.
Please note, we’re unable to process returns for Glowrene products purchased from other retailers.

Glowrene reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.
3. Problems With Delivery Or Shipping
While we take great care in packing and shipping your order, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at info@glowrene.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange a solution. You may be asked to provide photos of the item(s) and/or packaging to help us resolve the matter quickly.
For returns in line with Australian Consumer Law, please email us to organise the return of your item(s) to our warehouse for assessment, and where applicable, an exchange, repair, or refund.
Please note, return shipping fees may apply in certain circumstances.
